Please review your order carefully before submitting it. After an order has been accepted or entered into processing, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, or if an order must be changed or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy as well as any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.
You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are for legitimate personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or unlawful export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when the order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Prices displayed on our store include taxes and other mandatory charges where required by applicable law. Revellce's names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks or other protected identifiers of Revellce or its licensors. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos and trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Revellce is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Revellce. Shopify provides the commerce platform and related technology but is not the seller of Revellce products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for the performance of sales contracts entered into directly between you and Revellce.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.

Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Revellce and its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against reasonable third-party claims, losses or liabilities resulting directly from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms or infringement of a third party's rights.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable and will not impose non-monetary settlement obligations on you without your consent.
